At Big Event Catering we have a wealth of experience in delivering outstanding catering for corporate events and private parties and celebrations.

In recent years we have catered for as few as 20 and as many as 10,000 guests in a truly diverse range of settings, in all four corners of Great Britain.

For complete client reassurance we have full public liability and employer insurance, a 5/5 rating for hygiene standards and our people are trained to the highest levels in food hygiene as well as health and safety.

We always endeavour to use produce that has been manufactured in a fair and caring way, to work with suppliers who appreciate our planet as much as we do, to recycle as much possible and to keep waste to an absolute minimum.

DRINK

Big Event Catering can provide a variety of cash or account bars for any event, ranging from modern minimalist to funky themes and including full cocktail bars. We are also able to organise all licensing requirements on our clients’ behalf and have fully qualified personal license holders available for all occasions.

Thanks to the amazing wine suppliers with whom we have built up great relationships over the years, we can recommend a superb fine wine list, as well as provide house wines that offer excellent quality and outstanding value. Together with our vintners we can also help match wines to every menu choice.

Please DO NOT follow your Sat Nav to locate our premises as this will direct you on to the M5.

From the North & Gloucester

  • Exit M5 Junction 13
  • Turn right at top of slip road and take 3rd exit off roundabout towards Dursley
  • Proceed for 400 metres towards A38. Carry on A38 for 2 more roundabouts for approx. 2 miles.
  • Take left hand turn on B4066 sign posted to Dursley & Stinchcombe. The Prince of Wales Hotel is immediately past this turning on the left (if you go past the hotel you have missed the turning!)

From the South & Bristol

  • Exit M5 Junction 14
  • Turn left at top of slip road – go ahead for 200 yards
  • Turn right onto A38 and go straight ahead through Stone, Newport & past Berkeley (several miles)
  • Go over the railway bridge with the Prince of Wales Hotel on right – take right hand turning, B4066, to Dursley
  • In 1/4 mile the road goes over M5 - the turning into Taits Hill is signposted immediately after motorway bridge on the right
  • Go down the single track lane – ignore 1st turning into estate (Auto Check on right) – 20 yards further on second into site – take immediate left turn – we are end unit (with small walled yard with light blue doors)
